Clear as Day

This past week has been a crazy busy one … we had mini sessions at Stinson Beach (one of my most favorite places … it’s very sentimental to me) and then I had more shoots in San Francisco the next day. I crossed the Golden Gate Bridge more times in one week than I usually do in one month! Thank goodness for FastTrak!

I have to tell you that I’ve always felt like I’m doing what I love and that I have the best job, but it was so great this weekend laying on the beach with my sister-in-law Jenn waiting for our next friends to arrive … I said to her as I could hear the ocean in the background and smell the awesome smells of the fresh sea air after we had just had the most awesome cheeseburger from the beach stand … wouldn’t this be the best job … and then we giggled … this IS our job!!! It was so great and strange all at the same time … to feel like something is so awesome and then realize … like the dork that I am … hey silly … this is your job!! Too funny!

It was quite possibly one of the most beautiful weekends in San Francisco and one I will not forget for sure. Such awesome clients I have that really, I can call friends … I honestly have the best people in my life!

I can’t wait to post some images~

Megan & Jason | Real Life

I always get a kick out of photographing couples! I just plain old fashioned fun for me. I love to see cute couples look into each others eyes, laugh … the “real” laugh … giggle … even roll their eyes at each other … it makes me just love life!

I got to hang with Megan and Jason the other day and we had fun joking around and snapping away …

Jayden is 3 | Lolly-Pop, Lolly-Pop, O-Lolly,lolly-Pop

img_0875

I distinctly remember the day that I got to photograph Jayden for the very first time. She was just days old. She was so tiny and her loving parents were so nervous on how to hold her just right. I remember being so humbled by life and new babies while I watched her daddy hold her with such strong hands but with such care … I remember her crying like all new babies do and we all talked to her to soothe her. Soooo, you can image my delight to continue to be a part of their lives and to be so fortunate to call them my friends now!

Miss. Jayden turned 3 recently and she was dressed for the occasion for our photoshoot! I totally want her cute litte apron! And the lolly-pop that mom and dad bought her … she was seriously in pure heaven! It was so darn cute! Here are some of my favorites from her session to mark the occasion.
